Advisor Gus Najera

Gus graduated from Cal State LA with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and a Master’s of Business Administration. As the Director of College Success, he provides support for the College Success Advisors. He is also primarily responsible for overseeing the Peer Mentor program. He grew up in Northeast LA and is a first-generation college student himself. He enjoys staying active and going on runs. In his free time, he likes attending sporting events and rooting for his favorite teams, enjoys quoting movies with his friends, and loves eating tacos (al pastor are his favorite).
