Many Fulfillment Fund students share that the cost of attending college is a huge barrier to getting a college degree. Through scholarships, textbook stipends, and internship training and support, Fulfillment Fund’s scholarship program directly helps students overcome this challenge.
Each year, Fulfillment Fund students apply for a competitive annual renewable scholarship that aims to alleviate a student’s unmet financial need. For students attending two-year colleges in our Transfer Scholars Program, book stipends help offset important but often expensive costs they will incur on their journey to a four year university.
Throughout each year, these scholars also receive access to career readiness programs, networking opportunities, online workshops, and personalized support to help them navigate any academic, social, or financial obstacles. Each scholarship recipient not only receives a financial award, but also gains college persistence and graduation support from Fulfillment Fund’s team, including a summer workshop – Fulfillment Fund University – that helps incoming college students prepare for the path ahead.
