A relentless connector, Amy thrives on empowering young people, viewing mentorship as a partnership where she learns as much from her students as they do from her.
Before joining Fulfillment Fund, Amy served as CEO of EXP – The Opportunity Engine, where she successfully expanded the organization’s reach to over 8,200 students annually and achieved an impressive 350% increase in revenue. Amy has built a community of individuals who have become like family, and she is continuously humbled by the wisdom and resilience of the young people she serves. Her innovative strategies and commitment to student success have positively impacted countless lives, equipping students with the skills and networks necessary to thrive in today’s competitive landscape. Amy holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from San Diego State University.
