Carlos Navarro joined the Fulfillment Fund in July 2018. As the Engagement Manager, Carlos oversees our enrichment groups to provide students an opportunity to grow personally and professionally outside of the classroom. Before transitioning into his current role, Carlos began at the Fulfillment Fund as a College Access Advisor where he provided in class presentations to 9th-11th grade students on various topics such as college admission testing, financial aid, and self-advocacy in order to inspire and empower students to make college a reality.
Prior to joining the Fulfillment Fund, Carlos was the High School Pathways Coordinator at A Place Called Home where he worked with high school students to create individual academic plans, taught various classes and workshops on college access for students and parents, and scheduled monthly college tours.
Carlos received his bachelor’s degree in Spanish from California State University, Fullerton (Go Titans!) and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in post-secondary administration and student affairs at the University of Southern California.
