Christine joined the Fulfillment Fund as a College Counselor in July 2018. Currently, she works one-on-one with students at UCLA Community School and Ambassador School of Global Leadership to provide individualized support in their college application process. In addition, she holds weekly workshops to help students with their personal statements, financial aid, and scholarships.
Previous to joining Fulfillment Fund, she worked at Halstrom Academy as a Teacher, Campus Director, and the Coordinator of Accreditations and College Readiness. She has worked at various private college admissions consulting companies where she supported immigrant families through the college application and essay writing process.
Throughout her educational career, Christine has always had a heart for serving underprivileged communities and increasing college access. Being a first generation, immigrant college student, Christine understands first-hand the difficulty of navigating the college process alone. She hopes, that through individualized counseling, she can help elucidate American college systems, so that students can both apply and thrive in these institutions of higher education.
Christine went to Wellesley College where she majored in Political Science and minored in Education. She then went on to New York University for graduate school where she received her degree in School Counseling.
