Diane Angulo joined the Fulfillment Fund in July 2016. As Director, College Access Programs, Diane acts as a direct supervisor to the college counseling team. Diane conducts one-on-one college counseling sessions with high school juniors and seniors and holds college application and financial aid workshops.
Growing up in an underserved community with minimal academic resources, Diane is dedicated to helping students pursue a higher education. Before joining Fulfillment Fund, Diane served as an AmeriCorps member working with students of all ages in underserved communities. As an undergrad, she worked with at-risk youth in the city of Santa Cruz, acting as a mentor to middle school students. Diane also worked as a College and Career Ambassador with the nonprofit organization, Youth Policy Institute. As a College and Career Ambassador, she educated high school students on college requirements, held student intervention sessions, and facilitated student and parent workshops.
Diane received her B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She continued her studies at Pepperdine University where she received her M.A. in Educational Psychology.
