Kim joined Fulfillment Fund in August 2021 as a College Success Advisor. She supports students through their transition to college and alternative pathways with academic planning, financial aid, career advising, and resources.
Before coming to Fulfillment Fund, she worked for a non-profit in Los Angeles as a College Counselor. She provided support for LA County’s former and current foster youth throughout their educational journey, which included college counseling, workshops, college tours, tutoring, as well as emergency and enrichment grants. She is committed to empowering and advocating for students through education.
Kim is a first-generation student who graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development and Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling.
