Patrick joins the Fulfillment Fund team as an evaluator with nearly a decade of experience. His externally-focused work has evaluated pipeline development and multidisciplinary projects of underrepresented students in post-secondary institutions. While his internally-focused work has helped nonprofit organizations build capacity and incorporate evaluative thinking into their operations. As the Data & Evaluation Manager, Patrick serves as administrator of Fulfillment Fund’s database and collaborates with teams across the organization to report to various audiences.
Patrick previously assumed several front-line roles in college access. He served as a peer mentor and as a leader for the next cohort, Orientation Leader, and as an A.V.I.D. Tutor. Throughout his career, he has applied his expertise in data and evaluation to help organizations determine their impact while also anticipating institutional funding needs.
Patrick is a member of the A.E.A. (American Evaluation Association), a professional organization for US-based evaluators for which he has presented both in-person and via webinar. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cal Poly Pomona, and a Master of Arts in Positive Organizational Psychology, with a co-concentration in Evaluation & Applied Research Methods from Claremont Graduate University.
