Fulfillment Fund Joins Capital Group’s Community Wealth Council

We are proud to announce that Fulfillment Fund has been selected to participate in Capital Group’s Community Wealth Council, a fellowship program championing increased access to financial education. This 2-year fellowship will provide us with knowledge, mentoring, and engagement with other nonprofit organizations to build our financial education programs and resources.

The Community Wealth Council, led by Capital Group, is committed to fostering trust, expanding access to the transformative impacts of wealth accumulation, and ensuring equitable access to financial resources. Through interactive sessions, expert mentoring, and a capstone project, we will improve our organization’s ability to address financial education gaps and help our community members reframe how they think about money, including how they save and spend over the long-term.

“This isn’t just about financial literacy—it’s about financial empowerment,” said Olivia De La O., Director of College Success at Fulfillment Fund. “We’re honored to be part of a program that draws on community insight to strengthen financial education from the ground up. This fellowship is about dismantling barriers, building trust, and giving our communities the tools to thrive on their own terms.”
