David began his journey with Fulfillment Fund after being encouraged by his older brother Charlie (also a
Fulfillment Fund alum) to participate in our enrichment groups and college field trips. In 11th grade, he began meeting with one of our College Counselors to discuss his goals and worked closely with her to apply to and choose a school that could offer the most support to minimize debt. With comprehensive financial aid and a Fulfillment Fund Scholarship, David attended Dickinson College, receiving continued support from our team, and earned his BA (Cum Laude) in just three years, debt-free.
With our guidance, David then secured a prestigious internship at UBS, where he met a fellow Fulfillment Fund alum and a Fulfillment Fund volunteer, who both worked at the company. They invested in supporting David’s career journey, demonstrating the multiplying effect of our students paying their success forward and the power of our connected community. David has since accepted a full-time position at UBS and pays it forward by volunteering for Fulfillment Fund whenever he can.
