Fulfillment Fund Names Perika Sampson as Chief Executive Officer

Fulfillment Fund is proud to announce the appointment of Perika Sampson as Chief Executive Officer.
Perika is a seasoned executive with more than two decades of senior leadership experience across Fortune 500 companies with a strong record of nonprofit and national board service. She has guided organizations through periods of transformation, bringing deep expertise in organizational strategy and leadership development.
Over the past several months, the Fulfillment Fund community has had the privilege of witnessing Perika’s leadership firsthand during her tenure as Interim CEO. Her strategic instincts, sound judgment, and collaborative approach consistently inspired those around her, positioning Fulfillment Fund for continued growth and impact.

Perika is an alumna of University of California, Los Angeles, and is actively engaged in her community. She serves on the Board of Directors for the American Heart Association, Los Angeles County and is a founding board member of the Business Alliance of Colleges & Employers (BACE), where she has served for more than five years. Across her board service, she champions initiatives that expand opportunity, strengthen community resilience, and connect education to career pathways.
