Annual Report 2025

As we look back on the 2024-2025 academic year, we are filled with pride and gratitude for all that our Fulfillment Fund community accomplished together. In a year shaped by systemic challenges and continued uncertainty, we remained focused on what matters most: meeting students where they are, supporting their goals, and helping them move forward with confidence.

This year, our commitment to personalized, targeted support continued to grow. We expanded our FAFSA outreach and financial aid guidance, helping students secure more than $5.3 million in debt-free financial aid—a powerful reflection of what can happen when students have access to timely, individualized support. We also continued to make social-emotional wellness an integral part of our programming, building on a practice introduced during the pandemic that has become a vital part of our holistic approach to student success.

We are proud of the dedication shown by our staff, volunteers, and generous supporters, which allowed us to reach more students and continue advancing our mission. We are deeply grateful for the leadership of our Board of Directors, whose insight and partnership helped us stay focused, responsive, and adaptable through pivotal moments.

In 2024-2025, we proudly served 4,514 students through our College Access and College Success programs, including nearly 3,197 high school students across eight partner schools and five community-based organizations and more than 1,317 college students. 98% of our high school seniors graduated, and 92% enrolled in college, continuing to outpace local and national averages. Among our college students, 96% persisted in their academic journeys, while 84% of our most recent six-year cohort earned their bachelor’s degrees, compared to just 25% across LAUSD.

The year was also marked by opportunities for students to connect, explore, and celebrate important milestones. From our Career Expo and Career Speaker Series to Picture Your Perfect Career Day, we created meaningful experiences that helped students prepare for what comes next and build connections along the way. We also welcomed the 2025 Fulfillment Fund Scholars at a special ceremony and transformed our headquarters into a summer welcome space for incoming college freshmen as they began this exciting new chapter.

With 98% of our students identifying as people of color and 86% as first-generation college-goers, our mission remains as important as ever: to break down barriers and help students achieve their college dreams. We are guided by a deep belief in the transformative power of education and in the potential of every student we serve.

Together, we are doing more than helping students reach their next milestone. We are creating pathways to opportunity and building a lasting legacy of equity, possibility, and change.
