Fulfillment Fund’s REAL (Resilient, Empowered, Ambitious Ladies) program empowers and inspires young women of color to become self-advocates and leaders in their communities. REAL explores a variety of social, cultural, and personal barriers that arise for young women of color as they seek to apply to and attend college. With an emphasis on promoting success in STEM, REAL members will strengthen the skills they need to tackle challenges and succeed in their academic and professional endeavors.
