Manager, Community Engagement & Partnerships
PJ Lutz has joined Fulfillment Fund in a newly created role, Manager of Community Engagement & Partnerships. She comes to Fulfillment Fund with 20+ years in volunteer and alumni engagement, community outreach, partnership building and event planning.
PJ‘s parents were both the first in their families to complete high school and also the first to attend college. PJ began her own higher education journey at Santa Monica Community College and then transferred to Occidental College to complete her Bachelor’s degree in American Studies. She went on to receive a Master’s degree in Education from USC.
Her parents’ passion for education was contagious, and PJ has focused her entire career on student support and success. She has worked at USC, the South Pasadena Educational Foundation and most recently at Occidental College in their Career Center.
In her downtime, PJ enjoys watching soccer, reading memoirs and historical fiction, and cooking for friends and family.
