Director, College Success Program
Olivia joined Fulfillment Fund in February 2019 as a College Counselor, then transitioned onto the College Success team working with college students. As the Lead College Success Advisor, she worked with our Transfer Scholars, and first and second year 4-year college Scholars. Now, as the Director of the College Success Program, she supports our team of College Success Advisors as they help students navigate their new academic environments and the social-emotional changes that occur in this transition.
As a first-generation college student, she remembers not knowing where to turn for support and how important it is to know that someone is there to reach out to. She is passionate about providing information, resources, and support to students who are at every level of their educational journey. She has worked in the college access and college success field since she was a college student herself and has now been a professional in the field for almost a decade.
Olivia received her B.A. in History with minors in Education and Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and her M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Mount Saint Mary’s University here in Los Angeles.
