Career Advisor
Carla Trujillo serves as a Career Advisor with the College Success Team. Carla provides one-on-one career advising and career readiness workshops, including supporting students through Career and Graduate School Pathways. Carla is passionate about college success and ensuring students have the resources they need to pursue their career aspirations.
Carla is a first-generation college graduate born and raised in South Los Angeles. While in college, she worked at the Undocumented Resource Center at UC Davis, providing college access and financial aid information to the undocumented student community in Davis, CA, and the larger northern CA region. Before joining Fulfillment Fund, Carla worked as a Youth Engagement Coordinator at the University of San Francisco, where she led various educational programs focused on career exploration and development for undergraduate and 6th-12th grade students. Carla’s goal is to empower college students to pursue their career and educational aspirations with confidence. She graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Chicano/a/x Studies. After receiving her Bachelor’s, Carla moved to San Francisco to pursue her Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of San Francisco.
