Development Coordinator
Olivia is a member of Fulfillment Fund’s Development Team, engaging current donors, community partners, students and alumni to support our College Access, College Success, and Career Readiness work. Fulfillment Fund’s mission aligns with her passion for community building and advancing educational equity.
Olivia is a graduate of Pomona College, where she majored in Public Policy Analysis and Sociology. As an undergrad, she conducted research alongside faculty on community engagement in LA charter schools, served as a Policy Consultant for Pomona Unified School District, and led volunteer initiatives and stakeholder outreach as a Regional Organizer for a California political action committee. Most recently, she was an Administrative Assistant at law firm Garcia|Marsalli, LLP, where she developed and implemented client marketing and retention strategies. She has transitioned to the nonprofit sector, specifically to a role within development, to strengthen organizations like Fulfillment Fund through donor and alumni relations.
