Interim CEO
Perika Sampson is a purpose-driven executive leader, strategist, and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience advancing inclusive leadership, strengthening organizational culture, and guiding institutions through meaningful change. As Interim Chief Executive Officer of Fulfillment Fund, Perika brings a steady, values-centered approach to leadership and deep expertise in organizational strategy, leadership development, and equity-driven impact that aligns closely with Fulfillment Fund’s mission.
Previously, Perika served as Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity at Gilead Sciences, where she led enterprise-wide strategies connecting talent development, employee engagement, health equity, and social responsibility. She also contributed to Gilead’s Corporate Responsibility and ESG committees. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at Morgan Stanley as Senior Regional Diversity Officer and at Bank One, now JPMorgan Chase, as Vice President of Marketing & Strategy.
In addition to her corporate leadership, Perika brings more than a decade of consulting experience advising executive teams across healthcare, financial services, transportation, and public utilities. Her work has been recognized nationally by organizations including MM+M Women of Distinction, the National Diversity Council, and ACCP Purpose Awards.
Perika serves on the Board of the American Heart Association of Los Angeles and is deeply passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to lead with authenticity, inclusion, and purpose.
